I gave getgreatgums.com a try because I was hoping it would actually help with plaque buildup, but I didn’t see much of a difference. My teeth still felt like they needed a deeper clean, and when I went to the dentist, they confirmed the plaque was still there. Maybe some people have better luck with it, but it didn’t do what I expected. For the money and the claims being made, I think they should be more upfront about the results people can realistically expect.

My gums did feel a bit less tender after using it, so I guess it helped some. But the difference wasn’t much, and I was hoping for better results. For me, it felt kind of unnecessary in the end.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and annoyingly enough, it actually seems to help. My morning breath isn’t nearly as brutal as it used to be, and my wife noticed too, which was a nice little surprise after years of her pretending not to suffer. It’s not perfect every single day, because apparently that would be asking too much, but it’s definitely better than before. Taking off one star because the price is a bit much for something I now apparently have to keep buying

The tracking worked fine overall, but the first email took a little longer to come through than I expected. The package was packed okay, and everything arrived in good shape with nothing missing or damaged.

I’m only knocking off a star because the delivery updates could be a little clearer. But the delivery itself was reliable, and I’d order from them again.

The gum tray instructions were confusing. I kept having to reread them over and over, and I still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do. It ended up being really frustrating and just not helpful at all

i wasn’t expecting much, but i was surprised at my last cleaning. a few of the pockets that used to be 5s were down to 3s and 4s after using the stuff from getgreatgums.com for a while. it’s not some miracle or anything, and i’m still flossing like normal, but even my hygienist noticed the difference. happy with it so far.

I’ve ordered this twice now and had totally different experiences. The first pack was fine, but the second one tasted kind of old and dry, and the texture just wasn’t the same. It wasn’t awful, but for the price I expected better consistency. I also reached out about it and the reply felt copy-pasted, which was frustrating because it didn’t really address my specific issue.

I haven’t noticed any bad side effects so far, and it feels easy on my gums. That’s usually a good sign, right?

Customer support did get back to me, but it took longer than I would’ve expected. The first reply was brief, so I ended up having to ask again to get the full answer. Once they actually understood what I needed, they helped me out properly. It wasn’t a bad experience, and obviously I don’t expect instant replies, but a little more detail the first time would’ve made more sense. Overall, it was okay, just could be quicker and clearer.

I picked this up because I thought the formula would be more natural, but after looking at the ingredients, a few of them just didn’t feel great to me, you know? It might be totally fine for other people, but for me, me personally, I wasn’t super comfortable using it every day.
